I've led frontend delivery on a production AI SaaS trading platform, shipped a full-stack restaurant ordering platform with real-time systems end-to-end, and maintain an on-prem AI content studio that's licensable to clients. Complex systems, production-ready, integrated with existing stacks.

What's a typical project timeline?
Small marketing sites: 2–3 weeks. Production web apps or SaaS dashboards: 6–12 weeks depending on scope. Complex platforms with real-time features, AI, or heavy integrations: 3–6 months. We scope every project honestly up front — no surprise timelines mid-build.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes — most of our clients are. We translate product ideas into technical decisions, push back when something isn't worth building yet, and keep you in the loop with plain-English updates (not status reports full of jargon). You don't need to understand Next.js to work with us.
What tech stack do you use, and why?
Default stack: Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind on the frontend, NestJS or Next API routes on the backend, Supabase or PostgreSQL for data, Vercel for hosting. We pick what gives you the best performance, lowest hosting bill, and easiest handoff — not the flavor of the month. We'll adapt to your existing stack if you already have one.
Do you handle hosting, domains, and post-launch support?
Yes. We handle deploy, domain wiring, SSL, environment config, and monitoring setup. After launch we offer monthly retainers for maintenance, feature work, or emergency fixes — or we hand everything over fully documented if you have an in-house team.
How do you handle revisions and scope changes?
Every milestone includes a review round where you can request changes within the agreed scope. New features or significant direction shifts mid-build are scoped and priced as a change order — no silent overruns, no "actually that's extra" at invoice time. Transparency is cheaper for everyone.
How is pricing structured?
Fixed-price per project based on a scoped proposal, paid in milestones (typically 40% to start, 30% mid-build, 30% on delivery). Retainers are monthly. We'll give you a range on the first call once we understand what you're building — most production apps land between $3k–$25k depending on complexity.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happily. Send yours over before the discovery call if your project is sensitive. If you don't have one, we can provide a mutual NDA template.
